                How To Install Metal Ceiling Systems

                Firstly, you would need to understand the size of the room top and the ceiling panels and divide the length and width of the room top by the length and width of the ceiling panels.                 Make sure the framework is installed on the room top, and keep a space of 100mm (4 inches) between the structural ceiling and the sub-ceiling. This is the minimal space required to fasten the metal ceiling panels once the support frame is fixed.

                Fasten the moldings on the wall, make this around the perimeter of the wall for getting the entire system structure in position. Fix the runners to the frame grid through ceiling joists, and use an eye bolt to fix the joists together.

                Be sure all the framework and runners are in position, and all the gaps should be perfectly fitted by the ceiling panels. You can ask the experts to complete the installation, make sure this job can be finished precisely & effectively.
